This is the web site of the South Slavic Club of Dayton, Ohio. The purpose of our club is to maintain and enjoy the cultures of the area historically associated with the South Slavs. This is mostly the former Yugoslavia and now includes Bulgaria. The Tammies are coming!

The University of Duquesne Tamburitzans are coming to Dayton on December 7, 2008, for just one performance, that Sunday afternoon in the new Centerville High School theater. They are one of the very best performing groups anywhere. We’ll be announcing further details as we get them settled. For the latest information, click on “Tamburiztans” at the top of the page.

Guess who won Junior Miss World A’fair! Our own Miss Maggie! Bette reports that you could have heard the roar from her supporters for miles when it was announced. This is the first time our club has ever won the Junior contest. Way to go, the divine Miss M!
